TecnoFlow processes your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018.

Contact form and quote requests: name, email, phone (optional), company, industry, services you are interested in and your message.

Website assistant (chatbot): the content of the conversation and, if you provide them, your contact details.

Messages on our social media and WhatsApp (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business): your profile name, public ID, the content of messages or comments you send to TecnoFlow, and aggregated statistics about our posts.

Technical data: the website uses no advertising cookies or trackers. Your browser stores only assistant preferences locally (localStorage), such as the window size.

Answering your questions and preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Following up the business relationship with prospects and clients: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Managing our social media accounts, replying to comments and messages, and measuring how our posts perform: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Meeting our accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We never sell your data and do not use it for targeted advertising.

Anthropic PBC (Claude, helps draft replies and content; every sensitive reply is reviewed by a person, United States).

Our post-scheduling tool (Postiz) is self-hosted on a TecnoFlow server in Belgium.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Requests and prospects without follow-up: 3 years after the last contact.

Clients: for the duration of the contract, then 7 years for accounting records (legal obligation).

Social media messages and comments: 12 months in our tools, unless they become a business request.

You can ask at any time to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to its processing, or request data portability.

Write to info@tecnoflow.be. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

To delete the data TecnoFlow holds about you, including data received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or TikTok, email info@tecnoflow.be with the subject "Delete my data" and include your profile name or phone number.

We delete your data from our tools within 30 days and confirm by email. Messages stay visible on the platform concerned until you delete them yourself.

Access protected by passwords and keys, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access limited to people who need it.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
